Research Sources & Citation Policy

Our Citation Policy

Every health and nutrition claim made on Sci-Supplements is supported by at least one primary source citation — peer-reviewed clinical trials, meta-analyses, or systematic reviews. We link directly to the original research on PubMed, DOI, or the publishing journal’s website so you can read the full study yourself.

We do not cite blogs, supplement brand websites, or secondary aggregators as scientific evidence. If a claim cannot be supported by a primary source, we do not make it.
